This page explains how to remove the data Slop Art holds about you, including anything stored when you connect a social account such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

What we store when you connect Facebook or Instagram

• An encrypted access token that lets Slop Art publish the posts you approve.
• The ID and name of the Facebook Page you chose, and the ID and username of the linked Instagram account.
• A record of the posts published through Slop Art (date, platform and a link to the post).

We never see your Facebook or Instagram password, and we do not read your messages, followers or ads data.

Remove the connection yourself (instant)

1. Sign in to Slop Art and open Settings.
2. Find Facebook & Instagram (or TikTok) and press Disconnect.
3. The stored tokens are deleted straight away. Nothing more is published, and Slop Art can no longer access the account.

You can also remove Slop Art from the Facebook side: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Slop Art and remove it. That invalidates our tokens even if you never touch Slop Art again.

Delete your Slop Art account and data

Email hello@slopart.club from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account, connected-platform tokens, generated content and personal data within 30 days, and confirm by reply. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as financial records of past orders (typically up to 6 years), and that data is no longer linked to an active account.

Buyers of creator shops

If you bought a personalised product from a creator's shop and want the order data removed, email hello@slopart.club with the order number. The same 30-day window applies.
